The Ultra is BEWE's longdistance sled as such.

High demands are made to a long distance sled. The Ultra model fulfills them all. Grown over more than two decades, this sled has long since, with its characteristic blue stanchions and the typical BEWE brush-bow, proved itself around the globe.

Originating from the Alpi-2 concept, this sled has been consistently re-designed to meet all the needs concerning loading, flexibility and maneuverability, which a demanding long distance musher requires from his sled.

The newest Ultra has, in contrast to the models of past years, a slightly higher front and a new runner mounting system. The maneuverability has once again been improved and the sled has become more flexible and received a completely redesigned sled bag. In addition we were able to reduce its weight by nearly one kilo.

The Ultra is very easy to steer, has a large loading capacity and is extremely durable. It offers simple detail solutions such as the brake-matt suspension, the brake suspension and the welded frame brake or the basket front and the lashed center tube construction.
